Having been in the “healing arts” for over 25 years and working with thousands of people I realized that what caused them the “body issues” was a cascade of biochemical reactions from their “perceptions” or thoughts and emotions to the events life was handing to them. This began my own personal journey to finding a way out of my own personal “hell”. What if you could shift this stress in a heartbeat?

We all have stress in our lives daily, it is our response to this that makes a difference in bringing our best self to a situation or not. Stress and how we think about it can make a difference in how our bodies respond.    Stress is the bodies response to what happens when something we care about is at stake. So what is at stake for you in the moment? Getting to work on time, the kids, finances, your health, job security, the future? Each time you allow these thoughts/feelings to run you, you are downloading over 1,400 biochemical reactions to happen in your body that will either renew you or drain your energy.  The beauty is that we have a choice to let it run, or stop it when it is happening, if we don’t intentionally turn it off it runs and this is what ages us and will not allow our bodies to heal. We need a tool in the moment to reboot

There is no universal way that everyone responds to stress. For some we see it as a challenge, we embrace it, it helps us to connect with others, to learn and grow. This increases our resiliency in life.   Resiliency is defined as our capacity to prepare for, recover from and adapt in the face of stress, challenge or adversity. When we lose this ability to embrace the challenge, and we all do at times, our inner batteries drain and our perceptions can shift.

For others stress can cause our bodies to go into a fight/flight/freeze pattern. We are just overwhelmed, our higher brain centers are overtaken by our survival instincts. Our protective personalities are on board! We go into old habitual patterns that really don’t work for us anymore. These tools when used consistently and sincerely can help!

When we are resilient/coherent we can go inside to connect with our own life force that connects us all and creates the world. In doing this we regain our own sense of empowerment, we gain a deeper sense of who we are and begin to make real connections with others. You can refocus your attention and energy from worrying about a potential loss to fully enjoying the wonders of what is in your life now.

Our tools also increase self esteem, inner security and scholastic performance (including improved test scores). We can reconnect to our “essence” the heart at anytime. Connecting our own heads and hearts is the goal. There is a Sioux saying “the longest journey we will ever make is from our head to our hearts”. In the western world, I believe we have disconnected from this truth that lies in our own hearts. This program allows you to reconnect with your own SELF.

The coaching program can be designed to fit your needs. We can do them in person, via phone or skype. Normally it takes four personal resilience-mentoring/coaching sessions to learn the core skills that build resilience and boost your performance. The results are you are better able to handle stress reactions in the moment and develop more intelligent approaches to self-regulation and renewal of stamina and energy.
