Namaste’ Einstein to Gandhi

So, I was on a call the other day and it began with Namaste’.  She went on to tell us that Einstien had asked Gandhi exactly what that meant to him.

Here is what Gandhi replied.  Namaste’ means I honor the place in you where the entire Universe reside in you.  I honor the place in you……where Light, Love, Truth, Peace and wisdom reside in youWhen I am in this place and you are in that place, we are One.  This place is the Heart.  How often do you sit in your own Heart accessing these frequencies of Light, Love, Truth, Peace and Wisdom?

Can you just take the journey that really has no distance from your own head to your heart?  Yes, right now.  As you breathe in through your Heart and out from your Heart begin to access these frequencies one at a time.  Breathing in Light, breathing out Light. Then move onto Love. Truth. Peace. Wisdom.

When we do this we begin to align our minds, hearts, bodies and spirits.  We have access to the wisdom our own hearts, the truth of our own Being.

We begin to access deep heart intuition , this is the place to make our choices from.

What if we took the time to actually send this frequency to all those people in power?  What if we sent this to all policy makers? To all heads of governments around the world?

Research has proven that electomagnetic energy is everywhere.  This is what we are shifting, this electromagnetic field that contains us all.  What if we all began to become more aware of our own electromagnetic field daily?  What frequency are you radiating into the environment (field) right now?  What would serve the situation you are in right now that would uplift those around you?

Wisdom? Light? Love? Peace? Compassion? We are all influencers!
