This frequency is needed now more than ever….

A client came the other day who was worried about the comments he was getting from his friends on FB.  It seems that those who don’t think as he does are now attacking him personally, and of course he attacks back.  This is the lower human nature.  The brain has a negativity bias and a part in it called the amygdala.  When this part the size of an almond, gets hijacked it truly becomes protect, defend or shut down. These frequencies such as fear, doubt, worry, anxiety get set up and a whole cascade of hormones and peptides begin which truly hurt our own bodies!

In essence he has become the problem himself.   He is expressing the same emotions/vibe/frequency back to the person.  Think about it!  Remembering that what we give out, we get back.  It is the mirror neuron effect.

I pointed this out to him, he paused.  Took a breath and said “got it”.

Whatever we choose to undertake, give it your love.  Since this is the energy that has the ability to change hearts and minds.

Love is the creative power of the universe. Because it is the creative power of the Universe it is not romantic love!  We are speaking of a Love that is the essence of all of life.  Our very Source.  This Love causes the heart to beat and breathes the breath.  This Love proclaims or announces the Spirit.  When you live as Love, you proclaim the Spirit that you are!!

I challenge you today to love all that comes into your experience.  It is a muscle that we need to truly build today in this world right now. We can’t do it once, we must activate it daily.  It is like going to the gym once and saying I got it!  It won’t stay!  It must be a daily activity.

When I listen to the radio and I notice the voice in my head, complaining, judging, criticizing …I stop, drop into my heart, breathe and ask myself how can I love into this? What am I learning about myself ?

This does not mean I don’t take action, however this action I choose to take comes from Love rather than Fear.  Always astounded at the difference this makes when in relationship to others.
