We The People…

Below is a link to a very important document that we are all being asked to take part in on January 21, 2021

It is a time in this country that we all are asked to find ways to open our hearts and minds to what we find “other” than ourselves. Yes, it is difficult when our hearts and minds are closed to each other.

I experienced this as I watched someone in power that I thought was judgmental, domineering, vengeful and cruel to people who weren’t like him. Then I had to ask myself, if I can see this in another, then it is also somewhere inside of me. Either it is known or unknown, past or present in my life.

AHH, yes “just like me” I also can have those characteristics in certain contexts of my own life. Argh…looking deeply at what is being reflected and then owning where I do that is very humbling work. The work of Forgiveness.

It takes a certain percentage of the population to make a shift in consciousness and heart! The question I ask myself is “what kind of world do I want to live in”? “Who do I want to be as we Co-create a new Nation that works for everyone”?

Here is what some very brilliant people have said about this:

Attaining Critical Mass

In 2000, Malcolm Gladwell, author of The Tipping Point: How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference, provided a ray of hope for the estimated 50 million individuals involved in the world enlightenment movement by introducing the concept of critical mass. This occurs when an unshakable belief is held by 10 percent of the population. Scientists that tested the phenomenon at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, in upstate New York, discovered, “Once that number grows above 10 percent, the idea spreads like flame.”

Mahesh predicted that only 1 percent of humanity is needed to create enough good vibrations to usher in world peace. While the figures required to reach this critical mass can be debated, it’s certain that the old ways no longer work, and we are quickly running out of time to adopt viable solutions to mounting global crises.

I give gratitude to those willing to make this commitment in January! It takes a consistent practice to open your heart more than you have ever done in the past. If I can support you in doing this work, contact me.
