What is past its expiration date for you?

Have you gone through your refrigerate and looked at what was past its  expiration date?  How do you deal with it?  Do you ignore it, save it, throw it away?  Do you smell it or taste it?

So this applies only to those things.  Now let’s look at other things that have passed their expiration date.

What about those thoughts that you think that are not loving to you or anyone else?  Lynne McTaggart actually has done experiments for years on how these thoughts impact the people around us.  Her books “the Intention Experiment”  and the “Field” are all about this.  Her current book the “Power of Eight” is about how we can influence each other by focusing our thoughts on one person to serve their healing.

What about those emotions from the past?  The fear, anger, sadness, depression, anxiety the are so habituated into your nervous system that perhaps you don’t even notice or question them?  Are they past their expiration date?

These are all inside jobs and each of us is responsible for this.  Do we have the courage to truly put tourniquets on them?  When we do this, we allow Spirit to influence us more.

What about the outer world of war?  War makes a few people extremely rich, and serves the interests of corporations, governments and strategists!  Money saved from war would save people, providing food, clean water, safety and refuge.  World beyond war is a global nonviolent movement to end war.  They calculate it would cost about 30 billion a year to provide world with clean water!!!

“In 2016 Global Peace Index report found the economic impact of all violence to global economy was $13.6 trillion, and equivalent to $5 per day for every person on the planet!”

Isn’t this also past its expiration date?????
